EgyptAir starts flights to KLIA

EgyptAir, the national carrier of Egypt, has begun operating services to Kuala Lumpur after a six-month absence.

The carrier offers daily services from Cairo to Kuala Lumpur via Bangkok.

The addition of EgyptAir takes the number of Middle Eastern airlines serving Kuala Lumpur International airport (KLIA) to 12, offering connections to various capital cities in the Middle East.

The other Middle Eastern airlines flying to KLIA consist of Iran Air, Emirates, Gulf Air, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Etihad Airways, Qatar Airways, Kuwait Airways, Yemenia Yemen Airways, Mahan Air, Oman Air and Royal Jordanian.
