Canadian charter operator Enerjet has taken two second hand Boeing 737-700s under operating lease agreements from AWAS.
Both aircraft, MSNs 30244 and 30249, were built in 2002. They were previously operated by LAN Colombia.
The aircraft will enable Enerjet to capitalise on the growing charter opportunities within the energy, defense, public sector and tourism markets. "These aircraft fit our strategic plan to offer highly reliable and fuel efficient modern aircraft to our charter clients," comments president and chief executive officer Tim Morgan.
"Our ability to quickly respond to Enerjet's lift requirement and aligning with their business plan allowed us to craft a tailored solution for them," said AWAS' vice president sales Americas Ruben Sanchez.
