Ethiopian Airlines will begin daily flights between Addis Ababa and Berbera in Somaliland on 1 July.
The carrier will operate seven times daily flights on the route using Bombardier Q400s.
Additionally, the airline has postponed plans to resume flights between Addis Ababa and Hargeisa, the capital of Somaliland, citing delays in runway renovation work at Hargeisa.
The Addis Ababa-Hargeisa route had initially been scheduled for launch on 10 June. No date was provided for the delayed launch.
