Ethiopian Airlines has selected Ameco Beijing to overhaul six Rolls-Royce RB211 engines.

The first engine will be overhauled in April, says the Chinese MRO firm.

This is the second RB211 contract between the carrier and Ameco. The new contract runs to 2016.

Flightglobal’s Ascend Online Fleets database shows that Ethiopian operates three Boeing 757-200 aircraft powered by the RB211.
