Etihad Airways has opened a line maintenance station at Singapore's Changi International airport.

The Abu Dhabi-based airline flies daily via Singapore to Brisbane, Australia, and will use the facility for transit, daily and weekly aircraft checks.

Singapore becomes the eighth line maintenance location outside its Gulf hub, says Etihad.
