Y F Chang, founder of Eva Air of Taiwan, has resigned as its chairman to concentrate on his role as chairman of the carrier's parent company, the Evergreen Group. He is succeeded by Shen-Chih Cheng, previously Eva vice-chairman. Frank Hsu moves from president to vice-chairman, and Richard Huang is promoted from president of the airline's US operations to overall president of Eva.
