Eva Air plans to begin a daily Taipei Taoyuan-Okinawa service on 17 June.

The Star Alliance carrier will use Airbus A321 aircraft on the new service, it says.

At the same time, it will raise frequencies on services to North America.

On 2 June, Eva will introduce a fourth weekly Taipei Taoyuan-Vancouver service. This will be followed two days later by raising the Taipei Taoyuan-Toronto service from three to four times weekly, and the Taipei Taoyuan-New York service from five times weekly to a daily frequency.

The Taipei Taoyuan-Los Angeles service will progressively increase from 17 times weekly to thrice daily by 3 July, while the Taipei Taoyuan-San Francisco service will be raised to twice daily on the same date.

Eva Air adds it will use Boeing 777-300ERs on the additional services to North America.
