Parker Aerospace is to supply Mitsubishi Heavy Industries with the complete hydraulic system for the new Mitsubishi Regional Jet. The deal is estimated to be worth some $200 million over the programme’s life.

The system comprises three independent hydraulic circuits, including engine-driven pumps, electric-driven AC motor pumps, the power transfer unit, reservoirs, filters, accumulators, heat exchangers, and various valves, sensors, and ground connection equipment. These systems allow the aircraft to operate the flight controls, landing gear, thrust reversers, and various other utility functions.
