Norwegian Air Shuttle has selected wheels and electric brakes from Messier-Bugatti-Dowty for its Boeing 787 fleet, with first deliveries in 2013.
Messier-Bugatti-Dowty already supplies wheels and lightweight carbon brakes for Norwegian Air Shuttle's Boeing 737NG short- and medium-haul fleet. The airline was Messier-Bugatti-Dowty's European launch customer for carbon brakes and took delivery earlier this year of the 5,000th aircraft fitted with its carbon brakes.
