Fiji Airways has closed financing on its third and final Airbus A330-200 through an export credit agency facility arranged by KfW IPEX-Bank and Helaba.
The aircraft (MSN 1465) financing follows the delivery of two A330-200s (MSNs 1394 and 1416) throughout this year.
Both banks are joint arrangers and co-debt providers on the facility. KfW IPEX-Bank is the facility agent.
The A330-200s will replace the carrier's Boeing 747-400s, which are being returned to their lessors by year-end.
