Northrop Grumman is demonstrating a prototype stores pod designed for carriage by its RQ-8B Firescout vertical take-off and landing UAV. The pod, initially being demonstrated to US Special Operations Command and the US Army, is intended for use in transporting emergency battlefield stores and supplies.
