FL Technics will open seven new line maintenance stations across Europe, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and Asia-Pacific between mid-April and June 2012.
All the new line maintenance stations will offer services such as on-call maintenance, pre-flight, daily, weekly checks and component replacements, inspections and repairs.
The line maintenance support will also include full 24/7 aircraft on the ground (AOG) services, says FL Technics.
The stations will be located at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Bangladesh; Malta International Airport in Malta; Moscow Vnukovo International Airport in Russia; Krakow International Airport in Poland; Szczecin-Goleniów Airport in Poland; Poznań-Ławica Airport in Poland; and Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport also in Poland.
The line maintenance station in Dhaka, Bangladesh, is a joint project of FL Technics and its partner Avalon Aviation and will be first of the group to be operational on 14 April.
FL Technics Storm, part of FL Technics, will provide complex line maintenance services for Boeing 737, B747-400/800, B767, Airbus A320, A330, A340 and ATR42/72 aircraft types.
