By Justin Wastnage in BlessingtonIrish children's charity The Bubblegum Club organised what it believes was the largest civilian mobilisation of helicopters ever in Europe on Friday, when 46 helicopters took part in its annual Helicruise. The Helicruise transported 250 seriously ill children from hospitals all over Ireland to the Avon Rí activity centre in Blessington, County Wicklow, around 50km (30miles) southwest of Dublin.
