Flydubai Cargo is strengthening its Kuwaiti operations by providing outbound cargo services in addition to its existing inbound service.
Its new facilities include a fully automated warehouse storage and retrieval system.
The airline has also signed several interline agreements with carriers including Emirates, Singapore Airlines and British Airways to ship goods on its partners' flights.
It says the most sought-after shipments from Kuwait are courier services to the United Arab Emirates and personal effects sent to the Indian subcontinent.
Flydubai currently operates seven flights a day on the Dubai-Kuwait City route with its fleet of Boeing 737-800NG aircraft.
