The Airbus A380 had its first compatibility tests last week at Frankfurt Main airport. The second A380 test aircraft (MSN004) flew to the airport on 29 October for the trial, which was assisted by Lufthansa. The A380 was serviced at Gate E9 of Frankfurt’s Terminal 2. Several ramp scenarios were evaluated, including positioning of passenger airbridges at the main and upper decks.
