Frontier Airlines traffic dips 1% in March

Low-cost carrier Frontier Airlines has reported a 1% year-on-year decrease in traffic in March.

Capacity for the month dipped 3%, while passenger numbers decreased 7% to 1.16 million. The load factor for the month increased by 1.9 percentage points to 86.3%.

On a year to date basis, traffic increased 3%, while capacity fell 2%.

Passenger numbers decreased 2% to 3.19 million, as the load factor grew four percentage points to 82.9%.
