Frontier Airlines has announced new non-stop service between Orlando and Trenton, New Jersey, to begin on 16 November.
The carrier will operate twice-weekly on the route, using Airbus A319 aircraft.
"The addition of Trenton-Mercer Airport is exciting for Frontier as we introduce our high value, low fare service to the southern New Jersey region," says Daniel Shurz, Frontier's senior vice president, commercial. "Frontier customers will enjoy the unmatched convenience of the Trenton-Mercer Airport versus the two congested, high fare hubs in the region, as they travel nonstop to the major leisure attractions of Orlando and the central Florida area."
Frontier will be the second commercial airline to serve Trenton-Mercer Airport. The airport is currently served by only Streamline Air, which operates Embraer EMB 120 aircraft to Boston/Hanscom as public charter flights.
