Garuda Indonesia deploys Panasonic in-flight connectivity services

Garuda Indonesia has taken delivery of its first two Boeing 777-300ER aircraft equipped with Panasonic Avionics' global communications services. The airline will take a total of 10 777-300ERs fitted with the services.

In cooperation with PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Garuda is the first carrier in Indonesia to offer the complete range of in-flight communication services including eXConnect, eXPhone, and eXTV.

The airline currently offers flights between Jakarta and Denpasar to Narita and Jakarta and Denpasar to Jeddah. All of Garuda's 777-300ERs will be delivered by 2015.
