Novus Aviation Capital has mandated the financing of its newly acquired Boeing 777-300ER aircraft to a syndicate of banks.
DVB Bank and a Middle East-based bank are the debt arrangers of a 12-year commercial loan covering the aircraft, MSN 41083, which was acquired under a sale and leaseback transaction with Emirates Airline.
The equity providers are Novus and one of its institutional partners. Novus is also the overall arranger, lease manager and remarketing agent in the transaction.
Earlier this year, Novus entered 12-year sale and leaseback agreements with Emirates on two new 777-300ERs - MSNs 36500 and 41076. The aircraft closed in May and July.
