Gol unit revenues up 11% in June

Brazilian carrier Gol reported year-on-year growth of 11% in passenger revenue per available seat kilometre (PRASK) in June.

System-wide passenger traffic declined 1.8%, while total capacity fell 1.3%. The load factor decreased 0.4 percentage points to 70.5%.

Domestic traffic fell 3.7%, while domestic capacity was down 4.2%. The domestic passenger load factor rose 0.4 percentage points to 72.1%.

International traffic grew by 23.1% and international capacity increased 31.7% in June. The international load factor dropped four percentage points to 57.3%.

Fuel prices fell by 8% year-on-year in June, says Gol.
