GA Telesis has appointed Randall Green as senior vice president and general counsel. Randall will be responsible for all legal aspects of all global operations and divisions of GA Telesis.

After working at Pratt & Whitney and its parent company (United Technologies), Randall started his own firm in 2006. Randall's last position at United Technologies was deputy general counsel of UT Finance Corp. (P&W's financing arm).

Prior to that, he held legal positions at P&W Power Systems and P&W Large Commercial Engines. He also served as the president and GM of P&W/UT's operation in Japan (qualifying him as both a lawyer and a salesman). Prior to joining P&W/UT, Randall worked at Boeing.
