Hainan Airlines has begun codesharing on the Beijing-Hong Kong service operated by Hong Kong Airlines on 8 November.

The route is served thrice daily, says Hainan Airlines.

Flightglobal’s FlightMaps Analytics shows that Hong Kong Airlines competes with Air China, Cathay Pacific, Dragonair and China Southern Airlines on the Beijing-Hong Kong route. The carrier deploys Airbus A330-200s and -300s between the two cities.
