Hainan Airlines raises domestic frequencies from Beijing

Hainan Airlines has raised frequencies for a number of domestic services from Beijing since 28 October.

The carrier doubled its Beijing-Chengdu service to twice daily, while raising its Beijing to Xiamen, Changsha, Hangzhou, Kunming and Urumqi to thrice daily, it says.

On flights from Beijing to Xian, Shanghai Hongqiao and Sanya was raised to four times daily, while those from Beijing to Guangzhou, Haikou and Shenzhen increased to five times daily.

The airline adds that by the end of 2013, it will deploy Boeing 787 aircraft on its Beijing-Chicago route. Flightglobal’s FlightMaps Analytics show that Hainan now deploys Airbus A340 aircraft, on the twice weekly service it operates to Chicago.
