Hawaiian Airlines has promoted Ron Anderson-Lehman to executive vice-president and chief administrative officer.

Previously chief information officer at the Honolulu-based carrier, he now oversees its human resources, legal, strategic procurement, information technology, facilities, and strategy and transformation teams.

“In the 18 months since he joined us, Ron has driven many key initiatives at Hawaiian Airlines including significant IT improvements and the renovation of our corporate headquarters,” says Mark Dunkerley, president and chief executive of Hawaiian, in a statement. “We are keen to make use of his managerial talent over a wider footprint within our company.”

Anderson-Lehman joined the airline in June 2012 after serving as chief information officer for Continental Airlines. He has worked in aviation since 1986.
