German bank Hessen-Thueringen Girozentrale (Helaba) has completed a commercial debt facility with the final of three new Airbus A320 deliveries for AWAS.

The limited-recourse commercial loan covered three new Airbus A320s delivered to the Dublin-based operating lessor in April.

The final aircraft (MSN 6079) was delivered to Spain’s Vueling today. Another new A320 (MSN 6081) had been handed over to the IAG-owned low-cost carrier on 25 April.

MSN 6079 is the sixth unit placed by AWAS under an operating lease contract with Vueling.
