Turkey has postponed the release of a request for proposals for 32 new utility helicopters from March until 15 June. The NH Industries NH90, Sikorsky S-70 Black Hawk and Rosoboronexport-promoted Mil Mi-17 are being offered to meet a requirement to provide 20 aircraft to the army and six each to the air force and navy. A decision is expected before year-end.
