Czech Airlines charter subsidiary Holidays Czech Airlines has taken delivery of the first of two Airbus A320s.
The carrier plans to deploy the aircraft, registered as OK HCB, on flights to Greece, Turkey, Tunisia, Spain, the UK, Ireland, Montenegro and Egypt. The first flight will be to Djerba in Tunisia on 18 May.
The charter airline will take delivery of its second A320 this month. It already operates two Boeing 737-400s.
Last May Czech Airlines transferred its charter business to Holidays Czech Airlines, which initially acted as a sales agent before becoming a separate carrier.
