International Lease Finance (ILFC) has completed 125 lease transactions during the first six months of 2013.

These transactions include extensions, new leases of used aircraft as well as placements of new aircraft from ILFC's aircraft portfolio, says the lessor in a statement today.

At last month's Paris air show, ILFC exercised its options for an additional 50 Airbus A320neo family aircraft, bringing its orders to 150 units.  The lessor also became the lessor launch customer for the Embraer E-Jets E2 family, signing a letter of intent for the purchase of up to 100 aircraft.

In late June, ILFC took delivery of its first Boeing 787. With 74 aircraft on order, ILFC is the largest lessor in the 787 programme.
