In-flight connectivity provider Gogo has filed documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering (IPO).

It has not yet decided the number of shares it will offer or the price range of the offering, said Gogo.

Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Securities and UBS Securities will act as joint bookrunning managers for the IPO, with Allen & Company, Evercore Group and William Blair & Company as co-managers.
