InselAir's new Aruba subsidiary will launch new service to Miami and Valencia in Venezuela from April.

The carrier, which operates Boeing MD-80 aircraft, will operate four times weekly to Miami from 11 April and twice weekly to Valencia from 13 April.

InselAir Aruba already flies to Caracas. InselAir is based in Curacao, and announced plans for an Aruba subsidiary more than two years ago.

The carrier will compete against American Airlines and Surinam Airways on the Miami flights, schedules in Innovata show. It will be the only airline operating non-stop between Aruba and Valencia.
