Japan Airlines has contracted BAE Systems to maintain electronic equipment on the airline’s Boeing 737s, 767s and 777s.

JAL has signed a three-year agreement covering component repairs, modifications and spares supply, says the US-based commercial aircraft services arm of the UK manufacturer.

Support will be provided to the Japanese flag carrier from a facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and a service centre in Singapore.
