Japanese low-cost carrier Peach raised the frequencies of its services from Osaka Kansai to Sapporo and Kagoshima on 15 December.

Its Osaka Kansai-Sapporo frequency increased from four to five times daily, and its Osaka Kansai-Kagoshima frequency rose from twice to thrice daily, says the carrier.

This move follows the introduction of a sixth aircraft to its fleet on 30 November. Peach will receive its seventh aircraft in 2013.

Innovata Schedules show that the airline competes with Skymark Airlines, Jetstar Japan, Japan Airlines, JAL Express on the Osaka Kansai-Sapporo route, but is the sole operator on Osaka Kansai-Kagoshima route.
