Boeing has flown the first KC-767 tanker for the Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF) from McConnell Air Force Base in Wichita, Kansas. The aircraft will become Japan's first aerial refuelling platform when it is delivered next month. The JASDF has ordered four convertible-freighter versions of the KC-767.
