Japanese carrier Skymark Airlines plans to launch new services on two domestic routes from Sendai on 20 April.
It will operate thrice daily services on the Sendai-Sapporo route and twice daily services on the Sendai-Fukuoka route, says the carrier.
Skymark will also postpone the launch of its Okinawa-Ishigaki service, originally planned on the same date.
The airline did not provide a new start date for the service.
Innovata schedules show that Skymark will compete with carriers such as All Nippon Airways on the routes from Sendai to Sapporo and Fukuoka.
