Kuwaiti carrier Jazeera Airways' affiliated leasing division, Sahaab Aircraft, is to take another pair of Airbus A320s this year.
Jazeera Airways Group disclosed the details at its annual shareholder meeting.
The group has 12 fully-owned A320s, seven of which are with its airline operation while Sahaab manages the other five.
Sahaab will take two more A320s during 2013, says the group. "Both are planned to be inducted into the airline operation, replacing two older aircraft," it adds.
The lessor will bid to remarket the older jets to other customers.
Sahaab already has assets placed with third-party carriers Virgin America and SriLankan Airlines.
Jazeera Airways Group says the lessor is bringing in "sustainable and predictable revenues" which are "in line" with the objectives set when Sahaab was acquired in February 2010.
