Indian carrier Jet Airways will introduce a second daily flight between Delhi and Dubai with effect from 18 January 2013.
The airline will use Boeing 737-800 aircraft on the route.
Jet Airways currently serves Dubai with daily flights from Delhi and four daily flights from Mumbai.
In addition, it will launch a six times weekly service between Mangalore and Dubai on 3 January 2013, says the carrier.
According to Innovata schedules, Jet Airways will compete with Air India, IndiGo, Emirates Airlines and SpiceJet on the Delhi-Dubai route.
