Royal Jordanian leases A330 from Amentum

Royal Jordanian leased an Airbus A330-200 (1002) aircraft with PW4168A engines from Amentum Capital. The 2009-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Arik Air.

The aircraft was repossessed in March this year over debt payments. It will be leased to Royal Jordanian through January 2017.

Royal Jordanian already operates two A330-200s in its fleet. The carrier will use the aircraft to plug the capacity gap caused by the late arrival of the Boeing 787s. The carrier will also phase out two Airbus A310-300s.

Aegean Airlines leased an Airbus A320-200 (3162) aircraft V2527-A5 engines from Amentum Capital. The 2007-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Olympic Airlines.

Air Capital Group acquired a Boeing MD-83 (53124) aircraft with JT8D-219 engines from Boeing Capital. The 1992-vintage aircraft was previously operated by AeroRepublica.

GMG Airlines leased a Boeing 767-300ER (25535) aircraft with PW4060 engines from AWAS. The 1993-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Martinair Holland.

FL Technics purchased seven Boeing 737-300 (22951, 23257, 23357, 23358, 23367, 23368, 23510) aircraft for part-out.

MSN 22951 is a 1985-vintage CFM56-3B2 engines powered aircraft owned by GECAS that was placed to Thai AirAsia between 2005 and 2010.

MSN 23257 is a 1985-vintage CFM56-3B2 engines powered aircraft owned by GECAS that was placed to Indonesia AirAsia between 2005 and 2010.

MSNs 23357 and 23358 are 1985-vintage CFM56-3B1 engines powered aircraft owned by Pacific Harbor Capital that were placed to Thai AirAsia between 2004 and 2010.

MSNs 23367 and 23368 are 1985-vintage CFM56-3B1 engines powered aircraft owned by Wells Fargo Leasing that were placed to Thai AirAsia between 2006/07 and 2010.

MSN 23510 is a 1986-vintage CFM56-3B1 engines powered aircraft owned by GECAS that was placed to Thai AirAsia between 2007 and 2010.

Key Lime Air purchased a Dornier 328Jet (3174) aircraft with PW306B engines KB Aircraft Acquisitions. The 2000-vintage aircraft was previously operated by FFU2.

Lufthansa sold a Boeing 737-300 (25144) aircraft with CFM56-3B1 engines for part-out. The 1991-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Lufthansa since new.

Shenzhen Airlines acquired an Airbus A320-200 (4794) aircraft V2527-A5 engines from Air Berlin. The new aircraft was delivered all white to Shenzhen Airlines.

SkyExpress leased an Airbus A319-100 (2214) aircraft with CFM56-5B5/P engines from NBB Leasing. The 2004-vintage aircraft was previously operated by EasyJet.

UT Air leased two Boeing 737-800 (32779, 32780) aircraft with CFM56-7B24 engines. The 2002-vintage aircraft were previously operated by Ryanair.

Tasman Cargo Airlines wetleased a Boeing 757-200PCF (25620) aircraft with RB211-535E4 engines from European Air Transport. The 1992-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Air Greenland.

Transaero Airlines acquired a Boeing 737-800 (36883) aircraft with CFM56-7B26 engines from Air Berlin. The aircraft was delivered to Transaero.

WindJet leased an Airbus A319-100 (2797) aircraft with V2524-A5 engines from ILFC. The 2006-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Mandala Airlines.
