Delta acquires 767-300 off lease

Morten Beyer & Agnew (mba) has arranged the sale of a Boeing 767-300 aircraft off lease on behalf of an undisclosed group of bondholders.

The 1990-vintage aircraft, MSN 24852, is equipped with CF6-80A2 engines. It was leased to Delta Air Lines through March 2015, according to Flightglobal's ACAS database. Wilmington Trust Co Trustee was the legal owned while the main lender was Bank of New York.

Air Italy Polska wetleased a Boeing 737-800 (35074) aircraft with CFM56-7B26 engines from Air Italy. The 2007-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Hong Kong Airlines.

Allegiant Air acquired a Boeing MD-81 (49821) aircraft with JT8D-217 engines from Japan Airlines. The 1989-vintage aircraft has been operated by Japan Airlines since new.

Andes Líneas Aéreas leased a Bombardier CRJ-900 (15065) aircraft with CF34-8C5 engines from Bombardier Capital. The 2006-vintage aircraft was previously leased by AtlasJet Airlines.

Conviasa wet-leased a Boeing 767-300ER (25221) aircraft with CF6-80C2B6F engines from Luzair. The 1990-vintage aircraft was previously wet-leased to Sri Lankan.

GMG Airlines leased a Boeing 757-200 (27203) aircraft with PW2037 engines from from Aircastle Investment. The 1994-vintage aircraft is currently operated by FlyLAL.

Iran Aseman Airlines leased a Fokker F100 (11323) aircraft with Tay 650-15 engines from Altis Ltd. The 1991-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Brit Air.

Jet Airways leased a Boeing 737-800 (33024) aircraft with CFM56-7B26 engines from CIT Aerospace. The 2006-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Air India Express.

Jetstar Asia Airways extended leases of three Airbus A320-200 (2316, 2356, 2604) aircraft with V2527-A5 engines with Aviation Capital Group. MSN 2316 was delivered in 2004 while the remaining two aircraft were manufactured in 2005.

Laser leased a Boeing MD-81 (49847) aircraft with JT8D-217 engines from Swiftair. The 1994-vintage aircraft has been operated by Japan Airlines since new.

RAK Airways leased a Boeing 737-400 (27213) aircraft with CFM56-3C1 engines from Waha Leasing. The 1994-vintage aircraft was last operated by Futura International Airways.

Saga Airlines leased a Boeing 737-800 (29247) aircraft with CFM56-7B26 engines from Sojitz Aircraft Leasing. The 2000-vintage aircraft was last operated by Kibris Turkish Airlines.

Sayegh Group Aviation purchased three Boeing 747-300s (23224, 23408, 23823) with RB211-524D4 engines from Qantas. The aircraft were built in 1985, 1986 and 1987, respectively.

World Airways leased a Boeing MD11F (48450) aircraft with CF6-80C2D1F engines from Babcock & Brown. The 1991-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Finnair.

Wimbi Dira Airways leased a Boeing MD-83 (49847) aircraft with JT8D-219 engines from Swiftair. The 1989-vintage aircraft has been operated by Swiftair since 2006.
