GOAL purchases second A320 from Bavaria

German Operating Aircraft Leasing (GOAL) has completed the acquisition of a second Airbus A320-200 aircraft from Bavaria International Aircraft Leasing.

The aircraft, MSN 191, is part of a two-aircraft transaction. The 1991-vintage aircraft is equipped with CFM56-5A1 engines and had been operated by TAP Portugal since new. GOAL is placing the aircraft on lease to Adria Airways.

Last month the German lessor purchased MSN 185, which was come off lease from TAP Portugal. The 1991-vintage airframe was sold to FL Technics Lithuania (part of Avia Solutions Group) while GOAL is keeping the CFM56-5A1 engines.

Aegean wetleased an Airbus A320-200 (2732) aircraft with V2527-A5 engines from Via-Air Via Bulgarian Airways. The 2006-vintage aircraft has been operated by Via since new.

Belavia leased a Boeing 737-300 (24328) aircraft with CFM56-3B1 engines from ILFC. The 1997-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Norwegian.

BlueBird Cargo leased two Boeing 737-300SF (23260, 29108) aircraft with CFM56-3B1 engines from GECAS. MSN 23160 is a 1985-vintage aircraft previously operated by TNT Airways. MSN 29108 is a 1998-vintage aircraft previously operated as a passenger aircraft by Garuda Indonesia Airlines.

Bulgarian Air Charter acquired a Boeing MD82 (53223) aircraft with JT8D-217C engines from Alitalia. The 1994-vintage aircraft was operated by Alitalia since new.

Corendon Airlines leased a Boeing 737-800 (29247) aircraft with CFM56-7B26 engines from Sojitz Aircraft Leasing. The 2000-vintage aircraft was last operated by Saga Airlines.

Camair leased a Boeing 737-700 (33920) aircraft with CFM56-7B22 engines from Aviation Capital Group. The 2005-vintage aircraft was previously operated by EnerJet.

DHL Air Cargo purchased 13 Airbus A300B4-600R (621, 637, 641, 670, 679, 683, 703, 711, 724, 729, 730, 737, 740) aircraft with PW4158 engines from Jalux. MSN 621 was built in 1992, MSNs 670, 679, 683 were manufactured in 1993 while MSNs 703, 734 were built in 1994. MSNs 637, 641 were built in 1992, MSN 711 in 1993, MSNs 729 and 740 in 1994, MSNs 724 and 730, in 1995.

EnerJet leased a Boeing 737-700 (32427) aircraft with CFM56-7B20 engines from Q Aviation. The 2004-vintage aircraft was previously operated by EasyJet.

FedEx acquired a Boeing 757-200 (28666) aircraft with RB211-535E4 engines from British Airways. The 1997-vintage aircraft was operated by British Airways since new.

GA Telesis acquired an Airbus A300B4-600R (770) aircraft with PW4158 engines from Jalux. The 1996-vintage aircraft was operated by Japan Airlines since new.

Guggenheim Aviation Partners acquired a pair of Airbus A330-200s (947, 956) aircraft with CF6-80E1A4B engines from Investec Global Fund. The 2008-vintage aircraft are on lease to Jet Airways.

Guggenheim Aviation Partners purchased a Boeing 757-200 (25622) with RB211-535E4 engines from ILFC. The 1993-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Air Finland. The aircraft is undergoing a Combi conversion and will be leased to TNT who will operate for NATO replacing 707 combi's in logistical transport system.

Guggenheim Aviation Partners acquired three Boeing 777-200ER (29588, 31477, 31478) aircraft with Trent 892B-17 engines from American Airlines. The first aircraft, MSN 29588, was manufactured in 2000. The remaining two aircraft, MSNs 31477 and 31478 were built in 2002.

Principal Airlines leased a Boeing 737-300SF (24634) aircraft with CFM56-3B1 engines from Wells Fargo NW NA Trustee, as trustee. The 1990-vintage aircraft was last operated as passenger aircraft by US Airways.

Sol de Paraguay leased two Fokker F100 (11304, 11348) aircraft with Tay 650-15 engines from Jetran International. The 1992-vintage aircraft were previously operated by MexicanaClick.

Solomon Islands leased an Airbus A320-200 (302) aircraft with CFM56-5A1 engines from Sky Holding. The 1992-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Air Canada.

SpiceJet leased a Boeing 737-800 (33699) aircraft with CFM56-7B27 engines from ILFC. The 2003-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Eurocypria Airlines.

Starbow Airlines purchased a BAe 146-300 (3125) aircraft with ALF502R5 engines from BAE Systems Asset Management. The 1989-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Eurowings.

Tor Air wetleased an Airbus A320-200 (294) aircraft with CFM56-5A3 engines from BH Air-Balkan Airways. The 1992-vintage aircraft has been operated by BH Air since 2004.

Travel Service wetleased an Airbus A320-200 (3480) aircraft with CFM56-5B4/3 engines from Nouvelair Tunisie. The 2008-vintage aircraft has been on lease from AerVenture since new.
