KV Aviation diversifies portfolio with 767-300ER acquisition

KV Aviation purchased its first widebody aircraft with a Boeing 767-300ER aircraft on lease to Air Canada through April 2014.

The 1988-vintage aircraft, MSN 28084, was acquired from Aircraft MSN 24084 LLC, a special purpose company of Aircastle Investment.

Nedbank is the debt loan facility provider, marking the first transaction with KV Aviation. The 767-300ER joins a portfolio of one 1997-vintage Airbus A321 on lease to Alitalia and three 1989-built 737-400s leased to South Africa's Kulula.

Air Australia subleased an Airbus A330-200 (358) aircraft with PW4168A engines from AtlasJet Airlines. The 1997-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Saudi Arabian Airlines.

AeroSur leased a Boeing 737-300 (26296) aircraft with CFM56-3C1 engines from Aviation Capital Group. The 1994-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Merpati Nusantara Airlines.

CanJet Airlines subleased a Boeing 737-800 (30724) aircraft with CFM56-7B26/3 engines from XL Airways Germany. The 2007-vintage aircraft is on lease from ILFC.

CanJet Airlines subleased a Boeing 737-800 (35093) aircraft with CFM56-7B27 engines from XL Airways Germany. The 2006-vintage aircraft is on lease from MCAP Europe.

CanJet Airlines subleased a Boeing 737-800 (39094) aircraft with CFM56-7B26/3 engines from TUIfly. The 2011-vintage aircraft is on lease from Aviation Capital Group.

Delta Air Lines leased a Boeing 767-300ER (24846) aircraft with PW4060 engines from Automatic LLC. The 1990-vintage aircraft was previously operated by GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes.

Dutch Antilles Express leased a Boeing MD-83 (53120) aircraft with JT8D-219 engines from GECAS. The 1992-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Falcon Air Express.

Garuda Indonesia leased an Airbus A320-200 (1635) aircraft with V2527E-A5 engines from ALS 2007-1 (AerCap) for a period of five years. The 2001-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Wizz Air.

I-Fly leased an Airbus A330-200 (171) aircraft with PW4168A engines from Aircastle Investment. The 1997-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Air Berlin.

Indonesia AirAsia acquired an Airbus A320-200 (3486) aircraft with CFM56-5B6/3 engines from AirAsia. The 2008-vintage aircraft was operated by AirAsia since new.

Jazz subleased a Boeing 757-200 (28203) with RB211-535E4 engines from Thomas Cook Airlines. The 1998-vintage aircraft is on lease from ILFC.

Novair wetleased an Airbus A330-200 (950) aircraft with CF6-80E1A4B engines from Air Europa. The 2004-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Finnair.

Regional leased an Embraer 170LR (17000008) aircraft with CF34-8E5 engines from GECAS. The 2004-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Alitalia.

SriLankan Airlines leased an Airbus A330-200 (627) aircraft with Trent 772B-60 engines from ILFC. The 2004-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Yemenia.

Sunwing Airline subleased a Boeing 737-800 (35143) aircraft with CFM56-7B26/3 engines from TUI Group. The 2008-vintage aircraft is owned by HSH Nordbank's Global Aircraft Fund. The aircraft is leased to TUI Group for a period of eight years.

Transaero Airlines leased a Boeing 737-800 (30498) aircraft with CFM56-7B26 engines. The 1999-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Air Berlin.

TonleSap Airlines wetleased a Boeing 757-200 (26251) aircraft with RB211-535E4 engines from Air Baltic. The 1999-vintage aircraft was leased by Air Baltic from ILFC in 2008 for a period of eight years. The aircraft was previously operated by Iberia. The deal was arranged by Skygo Leasing.

Varilog leased a Boeing 737-400SF (25595) aircraft with CFM56-3C1 engines from Aviation Capital Group. The 1992-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Mistral Air.

World Wide Aircraft Ferrying purchased a Bombardier CRJ-200LR (7625) aircraft with CF34-3C1 engines from Bombardier Inc. The 2001-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Eurowings.
