Avinco arranges A320 lease

MeridianaFly leased oneAirbus A320-200s (1823) aircraft with V2527-A5 engines from Gamma Aviation.The 2002-vintage aircraft was removed from Blue Wings operations over a year ago and has been stored since then. Dublin Aerospace recently performed the delivery C check.

The transaction was arranged by Avinco, the lease manager.

Air Nuigini leased a Boeing 737-300 (29341) aircraft with CFM56-3C1 engines from GECAS. The 1999-vintage aircraft was last operated by easyJet.

Thomas Cook Airlines leased one Boeing 757-200ER (30735) aircraft with RB211-535E4-B engines from Aurela. The 2000-vintage aircraft was last operated by VIM-Avia.

Tunisair wetleased a Boeing 767-300ER (25411) aircraft with PW4060 engines from EuroAtlantic Airways. The 1992-vintage aircraft previously operated by Varig-VRG Linhas Aereas.

UT Air leased two Bombardier CRJ-100LR (7128, 7200) aircraft with CF34-3A1 engines from Panorama Leasing. The 1996/97-vintage aircraft were previously operated by Lufthansa Cityline.

Windrose acquired an Airbus A320-200 (283) aircraft with CFM56-5A3 engines from SmartLynx Airlines. The 1992-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Freebird Airlines.

Wimbi Dira Airways leased a Boeing MD-83 (49847) aircraft with JT8D-219 engines from Swiftair. The 1989-vintage ex-Spirit Airlines aircraft has been operated by Swiftair since 2006.

White Airways leased an Airbus A320-200 (548) aircraft with CFM56-5B4/P engines from Babcock & Brown Air. The 1995-vintage aircraft was previously operated by CCM Airlines.

XL Airways France wetleased an Airbus A330-200 (1008) aircraft with Trent 772B-60 engines from HiFly. The 2009-vintage aircraft was placed on lease by ILFC last year.
