Deucalion Capital X acquires A330s from Cathay

Cathay Pacific Airways entered a sale-and-leaseback deal for six Airbus A330-300 aircraft (71, 83, 99, 102, 244, 393) aircraft with Trent 772B-60 engines with Deucalion Capital.

Four aircraft, MSNs 71, 102, 244 and 393 are operated by Cathay Pacific while two aircraft, MSNs 83 and 99 are in operation with Dragonair.

MSN 39 was built in 2001. MSNs 83, 95 and 102 were manufactured in 1995. The first aircraft MSN 71 was built in 1994. MSN 224 was manufactured in 1998.

GE Japan Corp. provided senior debt financing. PK AirFinance S.a.r.l. acted as security trustee. SkyWorks Capital Asia Ltd acted as an advisor to Cathay.

Air Berlin leased an Airbus A330-200 (288) aircraft with PW4158A engines from GECAS. The 1999-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Swiss.

Al Sayegh Airlines leased a Boeing 737-400 (24438) aircraft with CFM56-3C1 engines from Sayegh Group Aviation. The 1991-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Qantas.

Atlas Air acquired a Boeing 767-300ER (25221) aircraft with CF6-80C2B6F engines from GECAS. The 1990-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Conviasa.

Caspyi leased a Fokker F100 (11375) aircraft with Tay 650-15 engines from Jetran International. The 1992-vintage aircraft was previously operated by MexicanaClick.

Classic 500 purchased a Boeing 737-500 (25309) aircraft with CFM56-3B1 engines from Lufthansa for part out. The 1991-vintage aircraft was operated by Lufthansa since new.

Evergreen Trade purchased two Airbus A320-200 (291, 292) aircraft with V2500-A1 engines from Orix Aviation. The 1992-vintage aircraft were previously operated by Mexicana.

Flysirocco.com wetleased a Fokker F100 (11322) aircraft with Tay 650-15 engines from Denim Air ACMI. The 1991-vintage aircraft was purchased by Mass Holdings in 2008.

Hermes Airlines leased a Boeing 737-500 (29234) aircraft with CFM56-3C1 engines from SMFL Aircraft Capital Corporation. The 1998-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Pegasus Airlines.

HiFly leased an Airbus A340-300 (133) aircraft with CFM56-5C3/F engines from Apollo Aviation Group. The 1996-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Gulf Air.

Jet Midwest Group purchased nine Boeing MD-82 (49168, 49171, 49179, 49286, 49287, 49342, 49663, 49987, 49988) aircraft with JT8D-219 engines from American Airlines. The first three aircraft were manufactured in 1983. MSNs 49286 and 49287 were built in 1984. MSN 49342 was built in 1986, MSn 49663 in 1987 while the remaining two aircraft were manufactured in 1990.

One Source Aerospace purchased two Airbus A310-200s (367, 372) aircraft with JT9D-7R4E1 engines from Belgian Air Component - COMOPSAIR for part out. The 1985-vintage aircraft were operated by Singapore Airlines until 1995.

Sayegh Group Aviation purchased a Boeing 737-400 (24438) aircraft with CFM56-3C1 engines from Qantas. The 1991-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Qantas.

SkyWest Airlines subleased a Bombardier CRJ100700ER (10011) aircraft with CF34-8C5B1 engines from Horizon Air. The 2001-vintage aircraft is owned by GECAS.

Sriwijaya Air leased a Boeing 737-300 (27336) aircraft with CFM56-3C1 engines from GECAS. The 1994-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Norwegian Air Shuttle.

TAG Aviation (Stansted) purchased a Boeing 737-300 (24681) aircraft with CFM56-3B2 engines from GECAS. The 1990-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Sama Airways.

Tabarak Wings wetleased a Boeing 737-800 (29644) aircraft with CFM56-7B26 engines from Sky Airlines. The 1997-vintage aircraft is owned by FLY Leasing.

T´Way Airlines leased a Boeing 737-800 (28069) aircraft with CFM56-7B27 engines from Aviation Capital Group for a period of five years. The 1998-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Saga Airlines.

TUIFly Nordic acquired a Boeing 767-300ER (29617) aircraft with CF6-80C2B7F engines from GECAS. The 1999-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Aeroflot Russian Airlines.

Yamal Airlines leased a Boeing 737-500 (28201) aircraft with CFM56-3C1engines from ILFC. The 1998-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Pegasus Airlines.
