Macquarie AirFinance buys 737-800s from Tyrolean
Macquarie AirFinance has acquired three Boeing 737-800s under an agreement with Tyrolean Airways which also includes the lease of five Airbus A320s.
The 737-800s, equipped with CFM56-7B27 engines, purchased from Tyrolean are MSNs 33833, 34262 and 33834. The first two aircraft were built in 2005, while MSN 33834 was built in 2006.
Macquarie AirFinance is also leasing five 2001/02/03-vintage A320s to Tyrolean with MSN 1937, a 2003-model that was previously operated by Meridiana fly already delivered.
Another two A320s, MSNs 1504 and 1553, are in operation with Air Berlin. The remaining two aircraft, MSNs 1678 and 1735 were previously operated by Finnair.
Allegiant Air leased an Airbus A319 (2319) aircraft with CFM56-5B5/P engines from GECAS. The 2004-vintage aircraft was previously operated by easyJet Switzerland.
Aeolus Air leased an Airbus A320 (0368) aircraft with V2500-A1 engines from AeroTurbine. The 1992-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Mexicana.
AerSale purchased an Airbus A300-600R (0609) aircraft with PW4158 engines from Korean Air. The 1991-vintage aircraft was operated by Korean Air since new.
Air Berlin leased an Airbus A330-200 (0665) aircraft with PW4168A engines from ILFC. The 2005-vintage aircraft were previously operated by MeridianaFly.
Avianca Brazil leased an Airbus A318 (3390) aircraft with PW6122A engines from Airbus Financial Services for five years. The 2008-vintage aircraft was operated by LAN Airlines since new.
Delta Air Lines purchased a Boeing MD90-30 (53354) aircraft with V2525-D5 engines from Japan Airlines. The 1995-vintage aircraft was operated by Japan Airlines since new.
Deucalion Capital II A330 Parts acquired an Airbus A330-300 (073) aircraft with PW4168 engines from Penerbangan Malaysian Berhad. The 1995 vintage aircraft was previously operated by Malaysian Airline Systems. The aircraft and engines are being consigned by Deucalion Capital II Ltd / A330 Parts to Universal Asset Management and Total Engine Support. This is one of the first Pratt & Whitney-powered A330-300s to be disassembled for spare parts.
Deucalion Capital X purchased a fifth Boeing747-400 (24285) aircraft with CF6-80C2 engines from Lufthansa. The 1989-vintage aircraft was operated by Lufthansa since new. The aircraft and engines are being consigned by Deucalion Capital X to Universal Asset Management and Total Engine Support.
Iberia Express subleased two Airbus A320 (2104, 2143) aircraft with CFM56-5B4/P engines from Iberia. The 2003-vintage aircraft were previously operated by Vueling.
Garuda Indonesia wetleased an Airbus A330-200 (0833) aircraft with Trent 772B-60 engines from Orbest. The 2007-vintage aircraft is on lease from Macquarie AirFinance.
Garuda Indonesia wetleased an Airbus A330-200 (0635) aircraft with Trent 772B-60 engines from XL Airways France. The 2004-vintage aircraft is on lease from ILFC.
Garuda Indonesia wetleased three Boeing 747-400 (26346, 26549, 27178) aircraft with PW4056 engines from Pullmantur Air. The 1993/94-vintage aircraft were purchased by Pullmantur Air in 2008 from Singapore Airlines.
Marsland Aviation subleased an Airbus A320 (0368) aircraft with V2500-A1 engines from Aeolus Air. The 1992-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Mexicana.
NovoAir of Bangladesh purchased two Embraer 145MP (145546, 145573) aircraft with AE3007-A1/1 engines from Aircraft Solutions ERJ-145 in a transaction arranged by Airstream International Group. The 2002-vintage aircraft were previously operated by Flybe.
SAS leased an Airbus A320 (2911) aircraft with V2527-A5 engines from GECAS. The 2006-vintage aircraft was previously operated by IndiGo.
Senegal Airlines wetleased an Airbus A330-200 (0745) aircraft with CF6-80E1A4B engines from Air Europa. The 2005-vintage aircraft is on lease from GECAS.
Sky Airline leased an Airbus A319 (2460) aircraft CFM56-5B5/P engines from DAE Capital. The 2005-vintage aircraft was previously operated by OLT Express Poland.
Spirit Airlines agreed to lease three Airbus A319 (2698, 2723, 2797) aircraft with V2524-A5 engines from ILFCfor a period of 40 months. The 2006-vintage aircraft were previously operated by Wind Jet.
VivaColombia leased an Airbus A320-200 (1454) aircraft with CFM engines from ILFC. The 2001-vintage aircraft was previously operated by OLT Express Poland.
