GOAL arranges 737-800 sales to Oak Hill

German Operating Aircraft Leasing arranged the sale of two Boeing 737-800s with leases to TUI Travel to investment vehicles controlled by investment funds managed by Oak Hill Advisors.

Both aircraft, MSNs 30882, 30883, were acquired from LVF Goal Alfa and Luftfahrzeugpool GOAL Charlie, two different special purpose companies managed by GOAL.

The 2001-vintage aircraft are equipped with CFM56-7B27 engines. The TUIfly aircraft were previously operated by Air Berlin on a wetlease contract.

Aerolineas Argentinas leased three Airbus A340-300 (123, 126, 128) aircraft with CFM56-5C4 engines from two investment funds managed ICON Capital. The 1996-vintage aircraft were most recently operated by Cathay Pacific Airways are being leased for a period of years. Avinco assisted in structuring the deal and the deliveries to Aerolineas.

Aircastle Investment purchased two Boeing MD-11F (48778, 48779) aircraft with CF6-80C2D1F engines from Eva Air and leased them back. The 1997-vintage aircraft were operated by Eva Air since new. DVB Bank SE and Chinatrust Commercial Bank acted as co-lead arrangers in the deal with the DVB Bank as structuring agent.

Andes Líneas Aéreas wet-leased two Airbus A320-200 (2407, 4661) aircraft from Vueling in a deal arranged by Avinco. MSN 2407 is a 2005-vintage aircraft on lease from GECAS. It is powered by CFM56-5B4/P engines. MSN 4661 is a 2011-built aircraft powered by CFM56-5B4/3 engines on lease from GECAS.

Avion Express leased an Airbus A320-200 (299) aircraft with CFM56-5A3 engines from AerCo. The 1992-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Amsterdam Airlines.

Avmax Aircraft Services sold a Bombardier CRJ100ER (7022) aircraft with CF34-3A1 engines for part-out. The 1993-vintage ex-Comair aircraft was purchased from Fleet National Bank in 2010.

Cargo Aircraft Management purchased a Boeing 757-200 (25042) aircraft with PW2037 engines from Aerolease International. The 1991-vintage aircraft was last operated by United Airlines. The aircraft was converted into a full-15 cargo 757-200PCF aircraft and leased to Capital Cargo International.

Chengdu Airlines leased an Airbus A320-200 (2654) aircraft with CFM56-5B4/P engines from China Aircraft Leasing Co. (CALC). The 2006-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Air Berlin.

Eastern SkyJets leased a Boeing 737-300 (25119) aircraft with CFM56-3C1 engines from AWAS. The 1991-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Astraeus.

Fly Jamaica wet-leased a Boeing 757-200 (30233) aircraft with RB211-535E4 engines from Wings Aviation. The 1999-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Air Guyana.

Hawaiian Airlines leased two Boeing 717-200 (55175, 55181) aircraft with BR700-715A engines from Boeing Capital. MSN 55175 is a 2003-vintage aircraft previously operated by MexicanaClick. MSN 55181 is a 2004-vintage aircraft previously operated by Midwest.

Iran Air Tours purchased a Boeing MD-82 (49523) aircraft with JT8D-217A engines from Global Air. The 1990-vintage aircraft was last operated by Taban Air.

Jet Time leased a Boeing 737-300QC (24255) aircraft with CFM56-3B2 engines from GECAS. The 1988-vintage aircraft was previously operated by TNT Airways.

Jet2 leased a Boeing 737-800 (28385) aircraft with CFM56-7B26 engines from FLY Leasing. The 1999-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Air Europa.

MidAmerican Aerospace purchased a Boeing 737-300 (23458) from with CFM56-3B1 engines from a syndicate of bank led by Bank of Utah. The 1986-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Global Air.

Nordwind Airlines leased an Airbus A321-200 (1219) aircraft with CFM56-5B3/P engines from MC Aviation Partners for a period of six years. The 2000-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Turkish Airlines.

Privatair purchased a Boeing 737-300 (27420) aircraft with CFM56-3C1 engines from KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. The 1992-vintage aircraft was operated by KLM since new. Cabot Aviation arranged the transaction.

Rajshahi Air purchased an Airbus A340-300 (2) aircraft with CFM56-5C4 engines from GMT Global Aviation Republic. The 1992-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Virgin Atlantic Airways.

Sky Airline subleased an Airbus A320-200 (2142) aircraft with CFM56-5B4/P engines from Air Malta. The 2003-vintage aircraft is on lease from ILFC.

Sriwijaya Air leased one Boeing 737-400 (26281) aircraft with CFM56-3C1 engines from ILFC. The 1992-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Bremenfly.

Tiara Air Aruba leased a Boeing 737-300 (24249) aircraft with CFM56-3C1 engines from AirTrust Capital. The 1988-vintage aircraft was operated by GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes.

TNT Airways leased two Boeing 737-400SF (29206, 29207) aircraft with CFM56-3C1 engines from GECAS. The 1998-vintage aircraft were previously operated by Garuda Indonesia.

Ukraine International Airlines leased a Boeing 737-300 (28670) from with CFM56-3C1 engines from Aergo Capital. The 1997-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Brussels Airlines.

United Airways leased an Airbus A310-300 (674) aircraft with PW4156A engines from Airbus Asset Management. The 1993-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Blue Line.

Ural Airlines leased an Airbus A320-200 (2998) aircraft with CFM56-5B4/P engines from RBS Aviation Capital. The 2006-vintage aircraft was previously operated by All Nippon Airways.

Viva Aerobus leased a Boeing 737-300 (27457) aircraft with CFM56-3B2 engines from AWAS. The 1995-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Norwegian.

Volotea Airlines leased a Boeing 717-200 (55185) aircraft with BR700-715A engines from Boeing Capital. The 2005-vintage aircraft was operated by MexicanaClick.
