Aeromexico Connect leases Republic's E-170s

Aeromexico Connect has introduced the first Embraer 170 aircraft in its fleet after agreeing an operating lease contract with Republic Airways Holdings in a transaction arranged by Skyworld Aviation.

The three aircraft, all powered by General Electric CF34-8C5 engines, were built in 2004 and 2005.

The first aircraft, MSN 17000019, was delivered on 19 June. The second aircraft MSN 17000042, is scheduled for delivery next while while the third aircraft, MSN 17000046, will join later this year.

Air Niugini leased a Boeing 737-700 (28007) aircraft with CFM56-7B22 engines from DAE Capital. The 1998-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Astraeus.

Atlantic Jet Support purchased a Bombardier CRJ200 (7115) aircraft with CF34-3A1 engines from SW Holding Trust. The 1996-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Go!

Austrian wetleased an Airbus A340-300 (158) aircraft with CFM56-5C4 engines from Lufthansa. The 1997-vintage aircraft had been operated by Lufthansa since new.

Automatic Leasing purchased a Boeing 737-300 (23827) aircraft with CFM56-3B2 engines from Air Transport Leasing. The 1987-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Airlift Service.

Atlasjet Airlines leased an Airbus A320 (2753) aircraft with V2527-A5 engines from AerCap. The 2006-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Kingfisher Airlines.

Citilink subleased an Airbus A320 (3861) aircraft with CFM56-5B4/3 engines from Garuda Indonesia. The 2009-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Bahrain Air.

Dart Group purchased a Boeing 737-300 (28568) aircraft with CFM56-3C1 engines from Aergo Capital. The 1997-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Brussels Airlines.

Eastar Jet leased a Boeing 737-800 (30684) aircraft with CFM56-7B26 engines from Macquarie AirFinance. The 2005-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Malev.

FastJet leased one Airbus A319 (2176) aircraft with CFM56-5B5/P engines from Nomura Babcock & Brown. The 2004-vintage aircraft is currently operated by EasyJet under a lease that expires in September.

FedEx purchased a Boeing 757-200 (27622) aircraft with RB211-535E4 engines from ILFC. The 1997-vintage aircraft was last operated by Astraeus.

FL Technics Spare Parts purchased four Bombardier CRJ200 (7062, 7069, 7072, 7079) aircraft with CF34-3A1 engines from Wells Fargo as trustee for Bank of America Leasing and Capital. The 1995-vintage aircraft were previously operated by Comair. GA Telesis arranged the transaction.

Garuda Indonesia leased an Airbus A320 (3861) aircraft with CFM56-5B4/3 engines from ILFC. The 2009-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Bahrain Air.

IBC Airways purchased two Embraer 145EP (145077, 145082) aircraft with AE3007-A1/1 engines from Compass Capital. The 1998-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Trans States Airlines.

Iberia Express subleased an Airbus A320 (2807) aircraft with CFM56-5B4/P engines from Iberia. The 2006-vintage aircraft has been operated by Iberia since new.

Jet2 purchased a Boeing 737-300 (28568) aircraft with CFM56-3C1 engines from the Dart Group. The 1997-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Brussels Airlines.

Livingston leased an Airbus A320 (2502) aircraft with V2527-A5 engines from AerCap. The 2005-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Kingfisher Airlines.

Shandong Airlines agreed to purchase two Bombardier CRJ700 (10118, 10120) aircraft with CF34-8C1 engines from CDB Leasing. The 2003-vintage aircraft are coming off lease in July.

Smartlynx transferred an Airbus A320 (0333) aircraft with CFM56-5A1 engines to Smartlynx Estonia. The 1992-vintage aircraft is on lease from KJ Aviation Services.

Saga Airlines leased an Airbus A320 (1605) aircraft with CFM56-5B4/P engines from RPK Capital. The 2001-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Thomson Airways.

Tri MG Airlines purchased a Boeing 737-300F (23743) aircraft with CFM56-3B2 engines from Varde Investment Partners. The 1988-vintage aircraft was previously operated by Saicus Air.
