JetBlue Airways has mandated BNP Paribas again as arranger and facility agent covering two new Airbus A320s scheduled for delivery this quarter.
The first A320 (MSN 5677) delivered on 10 July and was closed under a 10-year commercial debt facility. The second aircraft is due in September, confirms BNP Paribas.
The transaction follows the commercial loan financing on a December 2012 delivery for JetBlue.
The US low-cost carrier approached the market with a request for proposals for A320 family aircraft financing as well as to secure a revolving credit facility in the first quarter.
The carrier is due to receive three A320s this year along with three A321s, Flightglobal's Ascend Online database shows.
