Kahala Aviation invests in CRJ200s

Kahala Aviation has acquired a majority interest in Danish CRJ, a leasing entity that owns two 2000-vintage Bombardier CRJ200s.

The first aircraft (MSN 7436) is a CRJ200LR equipped with CF34-3B1 engines. The ex-Cimber Sterling aircraft is on lease to Belavia Belurusian Airlines until 2015, according to Flightglobal's Ascend Online database.

The second aircraft (7442) is a CRJ200LR equipped with CF34-3B1 engines that has been on lease to Georgian Airways since 2010. Ascend says the lease is to expire in June 2013.
