KLM closed a Japanese operating lease with a call option combined with euro denominated senior loan for the financing of a new Boeing 777-300ER delivery.

Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank (CA-CIB), which confirms the transaction, acted as overall arranger and facility agent. Singapore-based DBS Bank was the loan arranger and security trustee in the transaction.

"KLM is very pleased to continue to attract very competitive debt and equity to finance its fleet. We appreciate the strong relationship with all the parties involved in the transaction."

The aircraft (MSN 42172) is equipped with General Electric GE90-115B engines.
