KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has sold a Boeing 737-400 aircraft to GainJet Aviation in a transaction arranged by Cabot Aviation.

The aircraft, MSN 25423, was built in 1992. It was operated by KLM since new.

GainJet, a worldwide private aircraft charter operator based in Athens, will re-configure the 737-400 into a deluxe VIP executive airliner with a stateroom. The aircraft will also be fitted with auxiliary tanks for increased range to accommodate their intercontinental VIP operation.

Cabot Aviation acted on behalf of KLM as its remarketing agent.
