KLM to launch direct services to Fukuoka

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will launch direct flights from Amsterdam to Fukuoka, Japan on 3 April 2013.

The carrier will deploy its Boeing 777-200ER aircraft on the route.

With the addition of the Fukuoka service KLM will operate 21 weekly flights to Japan in its summer 2013 schedule, which also includes Tokyo and Osaka.

According to Innovata schedules, it will be the sole operator on the Amsterdam-Fukuoka route.
